September & October Events in Hakodate

Hello!

I’m excited to share with you my schedule for the upcoming autumn events 🍂

🗓 September

September 13 (Fri) & 14 (Sat)

📍 Hakodate Tsutaya Bookstore “Flea Market”

⏰ 10:00–16:00

I will be joining my husband’s booth, Ezo Medaka, to display and sell my works.

Please note that this time will be sales only (no workshops).

You can also find some of the tableware and accessories usually created in my classes, so please enjoy them along with the medaka fish 🐟

🗓 October

October 12 (Sat)

📍 Kanemori Hall “Iyashi to Deau 41℃ Festa”

⏰ Each session: 2 hours, max 2 participants per session

• 10:00–12:00
• 12:00–14:00
• 14:00–16:00

Fee: 3,000 yen (includes lesson, materials, porcelain, and firing)

This event will feature both sales and workshops.

Workshops are small and intimate (max 2 people per session), so you can enjoy making your own piece at a relaxed pace.

My husband’s Ezo Medaka will also join, so please feel free to come with your family.

※ Workshops require a reservation.

October 22 (Tue)

📍 YWCA

⏰ 12:30–14:30

Fee: 3,000 yen (includes lesson, materials, porcelain, and firing)

On this day, we’ll hold a small group lesson, “Ito Okashi no Kai”, for adults.

Two seats are already booked, and just a few more are available.

It will be a calm and relaxing time where you can enjoy making your own tableware.

You are welcome to join alone—whether you prefer chatting or focusing quietly on your work, both are perfectly fine.

Beginners are warmly welcome.

🌸 In Closing

September is a chance to casually browse and purchase works,

while October is an opportunity to actually try creating your own.
